Theos User Data Deletion Instructions

Effective Date: October 7, 2025

Users may request deletion of personal data associated with Theos accounts and integrations.

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@theos.ai with subject 'Data Deletion Request'.
2. Include your account email, workspace/organization name (if applicable), and the integrations or data scope to delete (for example: Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, WhatsApp Business Platform data).
3. If you are requesting deletion related to Meta integrations, include any available identifiers that help us locate records (such as connected page/account references).

What happens next

• We verify the requestor's identity before taking action.
• We delete or anonymize eligible data from active systems and process related deletion workflows.
• Some records may be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate compliance obligations.
• We provide a confirmation/status response once the request is processed.

Meta-specific requests

If you submit a deletion request through Meta platform tools after removing Theos access, we process that request in accordance with Meta platform requirements and applicable law.
