Theos User Data Deletion Instructions

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

You may request deletion of personal data associated with your Theos account, workspace, connected integrations, website forms, mobile app usage, public API usage, or Meta platform integrations.

How to request deletion

  1. Email contact@theos.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the account email, workspace or organization name, and the data scope you want deleted or anonymized.
  3. If the request relates to Meta integrations, include available Facebook Page, Instagram Business, WhatsApp Business, business account, or connected account identifiers that help us locate records.
  4. If the request relates to API usage, include the workspace, API key name or identifier if available, webhook endpoint, campaign, or import reference.

What happens next

  • We verify the requestor's identity and authority before taking action.
  • We locate eligible records in active systems, including account, campaign, contact, conversation, integration, notification, landing form, API, webhook, and operational records where applicable.
  • We delete or anonymize eligible personal data in active systems and process related provider or platform deletion workflows where available and required.
  • We may retain limited records where required or permitted for legal compliance, billing, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, platform compliance, backups, or enforcement of our agreements.
  • We provide a confirmation or status response once the request is processed.

Meta-specific requests

If you connected Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp through Theos, you may request deletion by emailing contact@theos.ai with the subject "Meta Data Deletion Request" and enough information to identify the relevant account, workspace, and connected platform records.

If you submit a deletion request through Meta platform tools after removing Theos access, we process that request in accordance with Meta platform requirements and applicable law.

Third-party services

Deleting data from Theos does not automatically delete information already transmitted to third-party platforms, message recipients, calendar guests, payment providers, or connected services. You may need to manage deletion directly with those third parties under their own tools and policies.
