The best AI sales agents in 2026 are Theos, 11x, Artisan, AiSDR, Instantly and Amplemarket for going out to find customers, and respond.io, Wati and Kommo for selling in chat. Theos is the only one on this list that combines B2B prospecting with selling on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp in a single agent. To choose, ask yourself two questions: does your sale start when you reach out, or when customers write to you? And which channels are they on?
Disclosure: Theos is our product. We rank it first, but for every tool we tell you who should pick something else. Prices are what each company publishes on its website as of September 2026, linked to the source.

How we chose
An AI sales agent does sales work on its own: it finds or answers customers, writes, replies, follows up and books or closes (we explain it in what is an AI sales agent). For this list we looked at:
- Real autonomy: does it execute, or only suggest?
- Channels: where can it talk to your customers?
- Control: message approval, pausing and visibility into every conversation.
- Public pricing: can you know the cost before talking to sales?
- Language and market: does it work well beyond English?
Agents for finding customers (B2B outbound)
1. Theos
What it is: an AI sales agent that does the work end to end. In B2B, it finds decision-makers, prioritizes the best fits, writes in your voice, follows up and books the meeting. In chat, it answers every Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp message in seconds, qualifies and closes the sale.
Strengths:
- One agent for B2B outbound and inbound chat.
- Builds a strategy per audience and lets you test conversations before going live.
- On Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp it runs on Meta's official APIs (Theos is a Meta Business Partner).
- Mobile app for conversations and meetings, and sync with Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo and Attio.
- Writes naturally in English and Spanish. More than 1.3 million contacts managed and 300,000 conversations.
Keep in mind: it's a conversation agent, not a contact database. Email outreach isn't available yet.
Best for: agencies, consultancies, SaaS and B2B teams that want meetings with decision-makers, and businesses that get leads in their DMs (real estate, gyms, education, clinics, e-commerce).
2. 11x
What it is: sells "digital workers". Alice is an autonomous outbound SDR, and Julian handles inbound leads and says it calls back within 60 seconds. Its website says Alice works in more than 105 languages.
Strengths: broad channel coverage (email, phone, B2B social networks, SMS and WhatsApp) and a product built for larger companies.
Keep in mind: no public pricing. In March 2025, TechCrunch reported that 11x listed companies as customers that weren't; the company responded with its own retention figures. Ask for references from customers your size.
Best for: mid-size and large companies with English-language sales processes. 11x website
3. Artisan
What it is: Ava, an "autonomous AI BDR" that finds and enriches B2B leads, writes and sends personalized emails, handles replies and books meetings. It includes a database of 250M+ contacts.
Strengths: a free plan to try it, guardrails such as approve-before-send and locked tone, and sending from your own domains.
Keep in mind: it's mostly email, and the credit model can run out fast; that's a frequent complaint in its Trustpilot reviews. Mailboxes and phone numbers are billed separately.
Price: free with 300 credits/mo; Intern 600/mo, billed annually (pricing).
4. AiSDR
What it is: an AI SDR that finds leads, researches them, writes, replies in 5 to 10 minutes and books meetings. It also follows up on inbound leads.
Strengths: a clear entry price and a copilot mode if you want to approve every reply.
Keep in mind: its own site says results come after about 6 weeks and that mailbox warm-up takes 30+ days. The Explore and Scale plans need a quarterly contract.
Price: Solo 900/mo; Scale $2,500/mo (pricing).
5. Instantly
What it is: a high-volume cold email platform with mailbox warm-up, a lead database and AI agents: one that finds leads and writes, another that replies in under 5 minutes.
Strengths: low entry price and unlimited sending accounts.
Keep in mind: email only. On G2, the most repeated complaints are key features locked in higher tiers and limits on the basic plan.
Price: Growth from $47/mo (pricing).
6. Amplemarket (Duo)
What it is: an outbound platform with B2B data, multichannel sequences and Duo, a copilot ("human in the loop by design") that drafts sequences and replies.
Strengths: data, sequences, deliverability and copilot in one place; sequences can include WhatsApp and calls.
Keep in mind: it's a copilot, not an autonomous agent: your team still executes. High entry price.
Price: Startup $600/mo on an annual term with 2 users (pricing).
Agents for selling in chat (inbound)
7. respond.io
What it is: an omnichannel team inbox with workflows and autonomous AI agents for sales, marketing and support.
Strengths: many channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, email and calls), AI credits included and a Spanish-language site.
Keep in mind: no B2B prospecting. Capterra reviewers call it costly for small businesses and "not a plug-and-play tool for beginners". WhatsApp fees are billed separately.
Price: Starter 99 monthly (pricing).
8. Wati
What it is: a platform on the WhatsApp Business API with a shared inbox, broadcasts, chatbots and AI agents.
Strengths: strongly focused on WhatsApp and e-commerce, with a Shopify integration.
Keep in mind: WhatsApp template messages are charged per message. AI agents are capped by plan (1 on Growth, 2 on Pro).
Price: Growth 59 monthly (pricing).
9. Kommo
What it is: formerly amoCRM, a CRM for selling over WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok, with pipelines, AI agents and AI credits per user.
Strengths: a pipeline CRM built for chat, with Spanish and Portuguese versions.
Keep in mind: priced per user with a 6-month minimum, and Capterra reviewers mention a learning curve and slow support.
Price: Base $25 per user/mo (pricing).
How to choose yours
| If your situation is… | Look first at |
|---|---|
| You sell B2B and need meetings with decision-makers | Theos, AiSDR, Artisan |
| You get lots of Instagram or WhatsApp messages and lose sales | Theos, respond.io, Wati, Kommo |
| You need both and don't want to pay for two tools | Theos |
| Email is your main channel and you want volume | Instantly, Artisan |
| You're a large company with English-language processes | 11x, Amplemarket |
Before deciding, run a 2–3 week test and measure meetings booked or sales closed, not messages sent. Also check the total cost: credits, mailboxes, phone numbers and WhatsApp fees are often billed separately.

A copilot suggests and your team executes (for example, Amplemarket Duo). An agent executes and your team supervises (for example, Theos or Artisan). We explain it in Theos: Claude Code for sales.
Theos, respond.io, Kommo and Wati have Spanish versions. 11x says it works in more than 105 languages. Always ask for real message examples in your language and market.
